By DUKEDREAL - Dec. 31, 1969Temple of Medusa
Dimensions: 11 x 18 x 18
Construction: The idea was to have multiple different levels for game play. The board is based on the recent Clash of the Titans movie. Heroes may set up on the Greek temple tiles while the Medusa figure may set up on any of the cavern tile pieces. There are five levels on the board to create that same feeling of drama seen in the movie. Each vantage point is partially blocked so players have to move on the board.
Molds Used: Roman Temple Mold #62, Smooth Floor Tiles Various Sizes Mold #202, Clay Tile Roof Mold #230, Cavern Floor Mold #281, Cavern Floor Accessories #282
Other materials used: Blue insulation foam, Foam board, Spackle, Glue, Sand, Pebbles, Mat board.
Fluff: [Solon draws his bow and arrow in Medusa's lair, and notices a statue in exactly the same posture] Doesn't really inspire confidence.
