CONSTRUCTION:

Floors: I used the flagstones for the flooring. I used HO scale railroad track for the cart track and the small wooden stair pieces from the wooden plank mold for the ties. (Let me tell you, railroad track was not meant to be bent at a 90 degree angle :) The cave-in is an assortment of rubble pieces (#266), broken bricks and random pieces of wood glued over a small hill of Sculpey clay.

Walls: For the walls used the bricks from the Wizard's Tower mold. The support posts were made from the long planks on the wooden plank mold. Many of the support posts are hollow, so I filled in the ends with various wood pieces and filed them down to give a relatively solid look. The shoring walls were made from the wooden floor sections. I filed off the ends and butted planks on either side as supports. The rough rock came from a model railroad rock mold. They were designed to be laid flat, so I had to cut one end of the off to create a bottom edge for them to stand on. I used left-over plaster from casting other molds to fill in between the rock sections to hide the seams. The Jewels in the walls are just those glass gems from the hobby store. I broke them into smaller, less perfectly cut, shapes and glued them in various places on the walls.

The Mine Cart: Used the wood plank mold for the sides (trimmed, of course), the metal plate for the bottom and glued them all to some HO scale wheels.

Playing the Mine Cart in Mage Knight Dungeons: The cart can be moved just like funiture, but only along the tracks. A Ram attack may be made by pushing the cart into an opposing figure.
