 Mad Scientist Lab

By TODD_GOSS - Dec. 31, 1969

The Mad Scientist Lab measures 8 inches by 9 inches. The highest wall is 4.5 inches high. The high back wall is toped with decorative blocks from the bell tower and skulls from the fieldstone mold. The large entryway is a combination of castings from the fieldstone bridge and tomb mold. The large pillars and metal looking heads are also from the fieldstone bridge mold. I placed a bit of plastic cord cut from a weed wacker to give the effect of tubing with some kind of glowing substance passing between the mouths of the heads. The little table is a HA block with a small piece of balsa wood glued on for the top. The bookcase is also HA, made from the plank mold. The circular steps are from the round fieldstone tower. All the equipment except the machine surrounding the monster and an Armor Cat piece, was built from bit and old toy or model railroad parts.

have to agree with GB, this is a great entry, lots of attention spent on the dungeon furniture - it looks top to me. like the blue electricity an especially the test tubes. all i can say is i want one for my dungeon!
