By DUKEDREAL - Dec. 31, 1969 Old Bens mark IIDimensions: 18 inches wide by 14 inches long by 5 inches high Molds used Turret Mold #61, 8" Round Tower Mold #64, Dragon's Teeth Accessory Mold #80, Egyptian Basic Block Mold #95, Egyptian Tomb Accessory Mold #97, Egyptian Temple Accessory Mold #98, Starship Deck Mold #270, Laboratory Floor Mold #271, Service Area Floor Mold #272, Egyptian Floor Tile Mold #290, Egyptian Weave Floor Tile #291, Egyptian Decorative Floor Tile #292, Station Builder Mold #300, Starship Wall Mold #301, Cargo Bay Accessory Mold #302, Med Lab Accessory Mold #303 Construction The idea behind building this mark II version was to correct some major flaws I saw in the first version. First in the movies Old Bens is located up on a hill top. Also in one of the books it shows a detailed basement. Also the roof on the mark II version is more refined and helps to unify the structure with the other Star Wars themed structures that I have built. The walls of the hill are made from various molds from Woodland Scenics to create a real rock face surface for the base. Fluff “I can’t go with you to Alderan. I can take you as far as Anchorage, from there you could get a transport to Mos Eisly or anywhere else.”
