This project consists two components: a square candle holder and a round candle holder.
The square candle holder was built as a present for my mother's birthday, using the Bell Tower and Gothic Church molds. The candle was poured directly into the candle holder. It has a 4"x4" base and is 6.5" tall.
The round tower was built as a present for my sister's birthday, using the 3" turret mold. The bottom is removable so the candle can be replaced. I used metallic paint to increase its reflectivity. It has a 3" diameter and is 4.5" tall.

Nice way to make something practical to display your hobby. You could use the little metallic cup tea lights if people are afraid the paint would catch fire.

Nice candle holders. I like the ambiance they create in the dark. These would make great gifts.

Very nice builds. If fire is a concern you could always buy the special spray paint that is used to re-line the interiors of grills. That type of spray paint is heat resistant and should protect the plaster, at least from the open flame, although the heat might loosen the glue.

Hi Rainer, Nice candleholders. The pictures of them with the candles lit are very evocative. I hope you used flame-retardant paint. :-)
