By DUKEDREAL - Dec. 31, 1969 Cantina at Mos EisleyHeight without roof 2 inches, 2.5 at entrance, with roof 3 inches Length 26 inches Width 15inches Molds used: Egyptian Basic Block Mold #95, Egyptian Temple Accessory Mold #98 for outside columns and beveled sections, Egyptian Floor Tile Mold #290, Station Builder Mold #300 for the chairs and the droids detector, Gothic Mold #44 for arches, Dragons Teeth Accessory Mold # 80 for tables and sconces Other Materials: Evergreen styrene of various sizes for the bar, office table, and drink dispensers Matt board for the doors Foam-board, 3/16 thick and ½ thick for roof supports Various pieces from various gaming sprues for various junk Various pieces from Tamiya model taken for various junk Sand and rocks for ground affect Paints used on the building were Portfolio Series from Crayola , Bronze Yellow as the base and dry-brushing with Unbleached Titanium. Other colors were used for the various detailing of pieces. Building: The building is rather large and uses the stylized arches and outside braces. The interior floor has been poured from dura-crete in one giant slab. The entrance houses the droid detector equipment under the raised floor. The individual rooms off the main area are for private meetings. For gaming purposes the tables do not have booths or chairs so that minis can be easily moved about. Fluff: Every person in Mos Eisley knows about the Cantina. The average decent sentient being stays away from this building unless of course they have need of a smuggler or his goods. Droids are 100% prohibited from being in the Cantina.
