 Peacekeeper Tower 13

By DON_THE_DWARF - Dec. 31, 1969

I was inspired by some terrain that is being used in the new rezolution miniature game (www.rezolutiondt.com). I wanted to give the impression of a prefab hex-shaped tower that had seen better days, but would provide temporary safety to its owners. I also wanted to have the option that if I made of them, they could be arranged in a patter to defend a line, or even be deployed as a stand alone strong point, defending in all directions.

In this particular model, I just wanted to emphasize the beat down, used nature of the model - hence the hazard lines, bullet holes, and damage to the armor plates.

This model was built using the station builder mold (about 40 blocks), the smooth pyramid(10 blocks - 4 as is, 6 of them cut at a 30 degree angle to match the hexagon shape of my tower), a pair of custom ladder blocks, and plastic card for the armor plates on the slanted wall.
