I took as the initial idea the round 8-inch tower and then added on to it. The base for this was a 2 foot by 3-foot piece of plywood. It is also ½ thick as this thing is heavy. I estimate that it must weigh at least 70 pounds! The domes are made of spheres of green foam that have been cut down to the correct height. The domes then were painted with watered down Elmer’s glue to strengthen them and to allow the paint to adhere better. This was mainly made as a Star Wars arena. However, a section of the wall is removable and allows for the buildings main façade to change. There are three different possible facades that the building may wear depending on what game the structure is being used. Remove the sci-fi bits and the building can easily serve as a Pasha’s Palace for a D&D setting. Fluff: The arena host many events. Usually death matches in the central arena but gambling of all sorts goes on within the building itself. There are many games of chances for the desperate to risk everything. Fortunes have been made and then lost the next minute here.
