 Battering Ram

By ITAR - Dec. 31, 1969

The timeline of this project:
Monday (Aug 13th) afternoon: "hmm...I don't have a small entry for HADD yet. What can I do? How about a battering ram...yeah, that'd be cool"
Monday night: build housing
Tuesday (Aug 14th) night: add wheels and do the ram part
Wednesday (Aug 15th): PANIC! Rush home at lunch to paint base coat.
Wednesday Night: drybrush piece and use string to hang the ram.

Materials used:
Wooden Plank Mold #220
Dragon's teeth mold #80 (ram head)
string
2 small dowels for the axles (non-rotating)
3/8" dowel for the ram shaft.

Dimensions. 6" long X 4" wide X 3" tall
Total: 13"

The piece was painted burnt umber and dry brushed with honey brown. The dragon's head ram was painted black and dry brushed silver. I think it turned out a bit too dark brown for my tastes but I still think it turned out good.
