Abstract : |
Another ancient-grrek stile building. A small temple. Itīs a very simple edification but this also makes it very easy to use/reuse or realocate in diferent "gaming enviroments". Itīs aslo made of hirst art blocks, using the Roman temple mold.
Painted with a base coat of acrilic Ocre brown, with a complete wash of a very diluited mix of Vallejo Charred Brown+Chaos Black (70%-30%) and finished with some drybushing coats (Parasite brown, Dwarf flesh, Golden yellow and White (Vallejo again)).

Ruined Greek-Roman Monument
|
[ View ]
|
|
Abstract : |
This pic, represent the ruins of a greek-roman stile monument. The roof of the structure and oine column suffered the impact of a magic ray and colapsed. You can see an small circular hole in the rests of the roof and in the base, the zone around the hole is burned, and the column which is still complete, has some little holes (another consecuence of the explosive ray).
The model is made with the Hirst Art bricks from the Roman temple mold, and painted with a basecoat of acrilyc gray paint and finished with several drybushes of gray tones (and finally a little white) from Vallejo paints.

Attached is a picture sent to me by Linka molds. I was unsure of the scale of the building pieces so I requested a picture with a coin in it for standard reference. I thought others might find the image useful.

Abstract : |
Yet another one of my weird Dungeon rooms. I like this though. It shows the light coming from the floor (thanks to a battery powered bulb). The Upper level comes off incase I want to change batteries or remove the light.

Floor Tiles {wip}
|
[ View ]
|
|
Abstract : |
Work in progress of new tile patterns for dungeon or simalar scenes etc . Used at present for a medevil banquet room and knights combat scene. They are equal to 2 x 2 of my favourite blocks from Hirst .. sorry Castlemolds tiles, and I believe compliment these well as well as providing a centre piece to the floor area.
Any constructive thoughts or suggestions welcome as always.

Abstract : |
The trees come from a company that produces HO scale trees which I then take and create custom bases for. The base starts off as a CD which I then place a stand for the tree on and add turf, gravel, grass and stone too. Each Tree Stand is unique and one of a kind!
As with all of my Tree stand sets, two of the bases include rock piles with tall grass while the third has tall grass on it. These will make a great addition to your collection of terrain pieces and make a Great wooded area for those troops that get pluses in the woods.
