When I discovered Full Thrust, I was looking for a system to run large scale actions for Star Fleet Battles with. This was about the same time that Galoob put out the best products that ever happened to Star Trek gamer geeks - Micromachines! These little plastic minis may not have been as detailed as some of the FASA figs, but they were available AND they covered the Next Generation ships. Using them with the rules was inevitable.
10-odd years and several iterations later, the system is up and running at local cons and some national cons as Full Impulse. The rules have been tweaked to more accurately represent Trek combat (phasers can fire to the rear, torpedoes are affected by shields), and thanks to a little game called Moon Dragon that is sadly out of print, 3d movement stands and the ability to pitch, yaw, and roll have been added as well.
I hope to be posting some in depth information here on the modifications we have made to both make the game run smoothly in 3d (mods that could be adopted to about any Full Thrust game) and the Star Trek specific rules.
Remember kiddies, Star Trek and all related marks at copyright and trademarks of Paramount. Full Thrust is copyrighted by Jon Tuffley. If you like what you see in this folder, go out and buy Full Thrust and watch a Trek movie or two. Let’s keep these folks happy so we can play in their worlds!
More to come soon... Now to get Scott to post the pics!

Michael,
Thanks for posting the info about this at TMP,as I was unaware of this Trek conversion for FT.Have to say this looks like the most complete effort I have seen to convert Trek into FT(I have tried out all the FT Trek mods I could find, including one I did some work of my own on which really was just an add-on to Star Ranger's Trek conversion from the old FASA game);I will definitely give these a try in my solo FT gaming.
