THERE are plenty of websites devoted to Star Trek original series and the Movie Era. Here's a brief summary of them for you:
Classic Star Trek Full Thrust v1.1
http://www.homegame.org/siefert/uftwwwp/files/st-ft.htm
This one has all the statistics for early era ships for the men in blue (and red) jumpers.
You will find the Consitution class, Saladin destroyer, Hermes Scout, Tug and dreadnought classes. Not only that we have the Kingon D7 Battlecruiser - a FT heavy cruiser unless you believe the Klingon propagandists. You also have three classes of Romulan War Birds, armed with Wave guns and one with the deadly Nova Cannon. With their cloaking devices and wave guns the slow Romulan sub-light ships tend to sneak about, then get into a good firing position, decloak and let rip! Rather slow so we have modified Klingon lend lease cruisers to back them up.
The Felixian

This great site has rules for the Borg regenerating damage and tractor beam, cloaking devices, 3 D movement, Romulan TNG stats, fun Star Trek threshold cards and event cards. It also has a list of scenarios from the TV series. Oh and rules for the Tholians.
Star Ship News @ Star Ranger
http://www.star-ranger.com/Stuff/Trek.htm
Stats for canon, Movie Era and Original Series ships as well as nice pictures of painted Starline, FASA models. If you want to know what a Lockner, Baker or Chandley class frigate looks like or how it rates, this site will tell you. Also has pic's of rare Klingon models like the Gull Destoyer and some escort classes.
Full Trek
http://www.homegame.org/siefert/uftwwwp/files/full_trek.htm
Another set of rules for TNG equipment.
If you want to game the earlier periods all of the Micromachine models you can get from e-bay dead cheap. These include the original series Enterpise, D7, Warbird and SS Botany Bay, movie era Reliant, Excelsior, Enterprise A, Grissom and, Stargazer. A Klingon Ka'Vort size Bird of Prey and Vulcan shuttle. Have fun!
