Two clans/gangs of close to equal ratings (within 50 points) fight for dominance and bragging rights over the new territory.
The combat zone is currently neutral territory. A recent cave in has opened long forgotten access tunnels to a precious hive of archeotech and construction equipment. The opportunity for such bountiful items is just to great to avoid.
The clans start off two turns distance from one an other and enter an enclosed area within the underhive. They can only exit the table through their entrance point and may not flee from the table edges.

It seems to be a very simplified version of Archeotech Rush scenario found in Gang Wars. Perhaps if you have seen it? I'd recommend checking it. You should be able to find it on the web. I'd suggest perhaps adding some special conditions -- perhaps there are monsters a la Scavengers or perhaps there are numerous Treacherous Conditions? Things to think about..
