I've converted this and the others using a Dark Angels Veteran SM figure and the Thunder Hammer from an Inquisitor model (Cortez I think). Mostly finished, just a little tidying up and some finer details ....

This is my Tau Stealth unit. I wanted a dark colour scheme, to contrast with the rest of my Tau which are Grey/Green. These stealth units were undercoated straight black and then varying levels of Liche Purple added.

Angels Sanguien - First SM

And here is my first SM I did for my Angels Sanguine army. It took me over a day to geht him (for me) perfectly finished.
This is a picutre, where he is not sprayed with Purity Seal and the bolter is not drilled... i did this now, and sprayed him too.

Angels Sanguine Space Marine 01

I decided to do a Angels Sanguine Army. I like the color pattern much more than the boring blood red :) I painted this Marine as the second one for my army, and it took me one day to finish him, like the first marine which I will show later... i just started painting a few months ago.
The mini looks to glossy on the picture, but thats only on the picture.
I used the colors Red Gore and Chaos Black, the eyes are Goblin Green, the symbols with Fiery Orange and Sunburst Yellow.

I hated this mini with a passion. The only interesting part to paint was the hair. Regardless, I went for a standard look on her, and only got semi-creative with the weapons, which I used WMM on... you know, "Wacky Metallic Metals". The body suit I tricked out in a deep purple/grey, and went for lots of silver and grey detailing on her, the only real exception being the hair accessories, done in gold.

This was done with the ink and drybrush technique. You can see that the highlighting is not as good as with the painted technique used on my Hormagaunts. The drybrushing always leaves a "chalky" look.
